Hallo hallo hallo! So today i was roaming on my main and i noticed that not many small type clans are around :O now, if you dont know me to well i absolutely adore the smallish clans so as a way to sorta help them out as well as make new allies and friends i have devised this plan! Now keep in mind this plan was made in the span of about 10-15 minutes (Minus the typing).

As some of you may know we are aproaching the 4.5k points mark, now thats roughly 2x the points as #2[Nitro] so we have some breathing room to do stuff instead of warring like mad (as i have seen any clan members doing e.g. markteering autotourney farming etc.) So you might be saying "Get to the point already seth! you setup whore." and you would indeed be right but, a setup is needed.

So with the setup done i will now explain my suggestion. It is a sort of clan nursing (For clans below 300 points or unranked) type of thing in which we have 1-2 reps from our clan monitor and help with the nursed clan. Now we won't make then to overpowered, just a little boost. E.g. Train them, help them with ranks and even going as far as helping them recruit.

Of course if this suggestion is passed, as some would say, it would need to be revised on some occasions but i still think it is a decently good idea.
again, How do we benifit? We get allies, friends outside of the clan and maybe even respect from other clans.

I forgot to mention that this would add a new rank, Rep. This would help balance out the clan seeing as Warrior and Warlord are getting a bit crowded. It would also give those who are not good enough to be Warlords or aren't to familair with the war system a chance to do something besides waiting for someone to report a war via skype. This will also increase their skill level. (With all the training they'll be doing with nursed clans)

Its a nice idea to help other clans out and "we" (as in mostly Krulls) have helped other clans out in the past. I think we could 100% help them out with playstyles and stuff but IDK about like nursing them. If they were up for it then sure it could be fun. IDK you could prob do this on your own if you REALLY wanna do it. I feel like we shouldent have too many ranks and we already have a lot with the individual ranks some of us have. Warriors isnt too crowded its mostly just Members thats crowded i just feel like we shouldent have like 15 ranks (not including recruits or bank) but the "nursing" of other clans could be fun

Thanks for the cnc elty but i was planning on monitering the polls and creating a thread for it, if it ever became reality, as well as posting link in the skype chat as well as informing members in game about the active poll.

Pl0x Reopen the App thread! I don't know if it's just me but i like to see all of the new and old people either fail at making an app of make a good app but not have any skill ingame and it makes me laugh and i like to laugh. Horrible suggestion i know but if this does go through add a rule that states "When you apply calmly wait for one of our members to pm you and remember asking us about your app ingame lowers your chances of getting in" or something like that, just so no one has to moniter the thread 24/7 although i would probably be posting like mad in the thread xP

because we never really wanted above 30 people in the clan and we feel as if we are full the way we are. it would pretty much be useless opening it because it would just be me denying everyone over and over again

As said, if we want a person to be in WAPOW, he will be invited. Not any way else.

We should rename the invite only to "Recruitment [INVITE ONLY!]", so some of them kids might understand that we dont recruit... . And if they post halfased sloby jokes of "apps" anyway, they might do it there, to be ignored instead of anyplace else to irritate grumpy old hazel`s..
