It's an easy way to lose members, as I can see. No one wants to be part of a clan where they don't feel important. One of the reasons I left Crooks. They attempted to create a branch of war fighters only. 3-4 people left. I left shortly after.

Either way it would end up being pointless for a while with no clan events coming out soon.
Everyone can play in wars, for events such as CoC and CL, we let who ever was ready to take them on. I think the "team" would end up being comprised of the same people who fight most for Sinon anyway. We aren't a pro team, winning an event would be extremely hard either way since we don't practise and develop openers and work on tori control at all.
Most people are just here for the anime and chat and we don't see them ingame often, and that's fine, since that's what we are about, a group of people becoming friends through mutual interests.
