Sorry this is long but it needs to be said.
I've only been in this clan for a little bit and I know that this is just a game.
But.
Don't you guys like having the name (Drunk) before your name, and the unity that comes along with it? It's a big clan, but even when I meet complete strangers that are a part of (Drunk) I am always happy to engage in a conversation with them, and it always brings amazing fun and hilarious jokes.
But there are some nuances that need to be found and fixed or this clan just plain can not operate.
Firstly, the forum activity in this clan just plain blows. I realize that this isn't a forum based clan, but it's still a fundamental aspect that both keeps the clan active and keeps people's interest in actually being in the clan. I mean seriously, with the amount of people in this clan and how horrible the forum activity is, it seems like we're just inviting every Tom Dick and Harry that comes along. Sicmo's the only one that even posts regularly. We need to keep the activity flowing so it'll make the clan look professional. Now I know posting about the clan is difficult, but we simply have to in order to look like we aren't just a bunch of noobs who have no clue what we're doing.
Secondly, the wars that we do are extremely below-par. I blame myself for this and to be honest I have no clue where to even start working on this as to how there are just so many people and I can't work with or train with them all. If you guys have any ideas on how to help me/how I could fix this just shoot me a pm, it'd be extremely appreciated.
And lastly, the recruitment thread. It seems it's run solely by Sicmo and this needs to stop. The recruitment thread should be reviewed by not only Sicmo but all of the recruiters to ensure that Sic isn't the only one making the decisions. Because sadly, he's not perfect, and can make mistakes.

This is a good thing, we really need to be more forum active, and of course no one will see this message, so me, Darth, and any other member that looks at forums should tell the other members to be more forum active, as for wars, I'm not the best at that department but we do need to do something to improve that aspect as well, I'm glad that you Darthc3po has given us this message suggestion. I will need more help with forum side to keep the clan up to date as well, the recruiters should looking at the recruitment page more often. I could mainly update the main clan page as well.
