Make something you yourself would like to watch. Keep in mind that it should also fit in with what viewers would like to see and if that something is unique and hasn't been done before then it should hit of quite nicely. My How To Play Toribash series was what got me most of the way here along with Top 5 insane Fights. You need to have fun while doing it and be able to dedicate yourself to it.
