When we need a position, we just look at the members who have shown skill in that area, and go from there.
I'm awful in-game, but I can type words, so I was eventually promoted to council member.
Continue to demonstrate your ability to type words, and soon you too shall get promoted.

So, I figured I love warring and I haven't been able to lately. I just looked and we actually have no one on the warring team. Not saying I should be on the team, but we probably need to fill those spots. I do realize we just lost some people and some are being inactive, but to stay an active clan we should probably get the war team going again.
