Can you do 40k for 3.4 usd and you pay fee (which will be some cents) , I will be sending as gift.

Yes, I said the price was negotiable however on a deal that is under 10$ I would rather not waste money by giving you essentially two dollars free. Even If I was selling at a rate of 14k per one usd that is still under the offer you just gave me. The post clearly says 1 USD per 10k with a negotiable amount, however offering me 1$ per 15k seems a bit greedy of you. For 7 usd that is fine. I am not lowballing a deal under ten dollars.
