Damn right it is, I used to do lots of things from paint. I also USED to do anime chars in paint too(Weebs rejoice! You can request me to do some like I'd even have time or the effort to do them) ; paint is awesome,if you know what you're doing and it's right.

I don't really watch hentai though... I mean sure occasionally I'll go to thehentaiworld.com and lurk around... but the hentai I do watch I usually watch as a test because I've heard it's horrible... [Night Shift Nurses immediately springs to mind]
