Ok i would like to implement a new rule,to join we first need to see how you handle the job so i would like to see those who apply prove that they wont just join and thats it,eg.i would like to see if you have good knowledge and can use that knowledge to their advantage eg.i would like to see activity from the person in the art forums(i see ppl on the art/textures forum)but i want to see more ppl in the general art and art forums.Please note that if you do get in you need to be really really active or you get the boot(some ppl have already been voted out because of inactivity) and the team decides on irc. Also i would like to see more ppl on irc,our channel is #TAT,because we usually organise stuff there and also we discuss alot of art,and if someone thinks someone is too inactive we decide that persons fate.So yes by doing this i feel it would be better because now we can be 100% sure that a person would be good for the team.
anyone disagree?

I dont like brushes all that much....pre-made images put together.....also nepo i looked through some more of your stuff and i see the same thing over and over,you use brushes at the bottom and add an overall color to it the gloss,so i think i withdraw my "yes" and give you a "no" cause night is right and well you have not really explored doing other art and i feel ima go with night on this one....
