Do qi restricted items do not need qi when it has a holder?
I was thinking about it for quite long while. Can be for example Pure force bought without qi restriction when it has a owner?

No, you cannot receive items that require qi over your own from other users.

The Marketeers are the only service that sell items without their qi restrictions.
