Okay.
First your behind foot is not so much on the tail making it harder for the board to pop nicely.
Second, instead of pushing the board down with your other foot during the ollie you need to make the leg up go with the board and slide (like irl).

well, i made this replay cuz i was bored as fuck and realizing how bad i was at skateboard, so yeah, please tell me something about the replay so i can get better

Well from what I can see, you forgot to bend your lumbar to the left so the skateboard didn't go that high.

Looks alright but you need to get it rotating straight so its easier to land on.
Again you didn't really bend your lumbar to the left early enough.
When you feel like the you are leaving the board (when you jump) you bend it.
Its like irl popping.
