as Pidgenere said, you need to have done something for the community or be the best in a certain category, but...
Legends are voted, someone does a thread then people vote.

Also the Legend Council, or what ever it's called.

no, as far as I know, its basically discussed inbetween the legends themselves. The encompass every aspect of toribash combined, so they really know what they are doing.

Just do the same thing's the "legends" are doing, use that same play style and people will dick ride, make youtube vids of yourself, be cancerous on the forums or just make art that isn't a common theme on the forums. that's how I see it
