Yeah I haven't really worked on The Beast since May. This Practical Computer has been my focus for quite a bit now.

Bump. Just wanted to say my SSD is M.2-2280 and the MSI supports M.2 while the ASRock supports Ultra M.2. Which would work? MSI right? And X99 is needed for DDR4 I think or needed for other parts I have because the filter is only showing X99s.

I would disagree since I also did research. It's within the buget anyway. Do you have any better suggestions? If you wanna say it's overkill at least be specific ;) Keep in mind I will be Recording at 1080p, Streaming at 1080p30 & Gaming at max settings all at the same time and for hours and I will want to maintain 30FPS and then afterwards I'll be editing giant recordings that are hours long. Not being condescending just listing my uses. The Monitor will be 1920x1080p. I will cap the frames at 30FPS. I will own a capture card.

When I originally PM'd you for help with this build I clearly stated this was not the beast build and that I wanted a practical computer in which price matters :3 Just sayin' That old thread is 100% unrelated to this build. So this whole time you thought we were building the beast? Or did you just think that this thread was for the beast? P.S. Don't get me wrong I really appreciate your help. And Kyure feel free to post your suggestions then

So you did read my uses? And just Video Edititng but no 3D Rendering really except maybe Mudbox in the future as far as Heavier Tasks go

Sorry Neko didn't see this Post :P I'm not getting 3 PCs. I have 3 PC concepts at different design tiers. 2 PCs could be used for a Streaming Setup though ^_^ But seeing the latest suggestions I'm starting to feel that it's unnescesarry. And Mongius, are you sure the 970 isn't overkill? Don't get me wrong I love the 970 and it's an amazing value but I wanna make sure (970 is my fav GPU so far :> <3)
