I use a tweaked version of the Fill_block brush in Krita, but the most important part of it is the pressure-dependent size. The asymmetric shape of it merely adds some more subtle variance to the line thickness. :v

Thanks bro, but heck no, drawing is a different kind of strain from mousing and typing. Will have to keep those to a minimum, though, it's not worth another 4 months of grief. :v (so i'll be less active in here)
