(Just for example) i can ask to a gm if we can take tc or items from Old, Banned, And abandoned Accounts...
I dont know... All that tc and items without an use... Makes me feel sad xD

For the first half of your post, I feel like this would be a more of a suggestion type.. sentence I guess. It would be interesting if the account Marketeers were put back into use, to sell rare items that can't be obtained otherwise.

If a account is perma this might be a thing again. I forgot when it was but they had a textures/flames for sell a few years ago from perma banned accounts

In my memory we've only ever done one big Tc sink on banned accounts so it's probably time for another. Regarding long term inactive accounts we leave them be since there's still a small chance the owner could come back etc and we're not that desperate to sink Tc and items lying around.

The tc would just be put into the ToriBot or something , or just recirculate in the Tb economy. Adding more t makes the value go down since the more rare something is the more valuable.
