There's too much going on, too much clutter. Head seems a bit awkward, some small graphics look nice, other than that it's alright.

Advens, it's not a bad set.. but it's hardly to be called "good", either. You shouldn't stop making textures, it's just, like others said, take your time. Slow down and try to compose yourself, have concrete ideas. It's okay if you only create one piece of a whole set in one day. If you're busy, just work a little bit each day, even if it takes a month to make a set at least you made it good.
