It's hard to be nice when people make the same mistake over and over again though. Too lazy.

[To Sahee] I think you should make the first post colourful like before D: And give them a format they have to follow, like here:
  • Belt: (minimum of black)
  • Join date: (just to get an idea of your experience)
  • Why we would want you in RA: (not why you want to get into RA)
  • Replays: (mp wushu replays and any impressive sp replays)
  • Art work/music/videos you have made: (useful skill to have)
  • Other coments: (any other things you want to mention)

Should make it easy for people to understand this way.
