Merging with mad would help us get members, but do they hold their members to the same standards as us, and the quality of the players must be factored as well. It would be a good PR stunt, but I would suggest one more.
We find a day everyone is on and we have it where we have a war day where we have 3-4 war groups, and have multiple wars this will bring us more warring reputation. During this we try to make textures and sell them so that we have more art fans. Finally we go raid the Gm events/bet servers/tournaments, and this will attract more attention from the people who would vote on making us an official clan.
Makes us gain more tc, items, quality recruits will start looking more towards us ,and reputation all at once.

True that's why I suggested we find a time that everyone is on, and during this week some of the artist can make some sets that are relatively simple or complex that should go for a good amount. we can also use this time to relax (you never stir a pot of water ready to boil).
