Mat: some of your attitudes right now are starting to piss me off, no what happened with gru but what happened in the recruitment. If you can’t be polite with those who are trying to join then I guess you won’t last much longer in here. You've better start changing your attitudes towards ppl.

About officialising: Yes we are too soft with the recruitment. Now let’s take a look on some clans which are hard to join, eVo? Its dying, Wapow? It’s close to die, Urban? Have you heard of them lately?
I do agree tho that we should be stricter with the recruits but I won’t take serious a person who is rude to applicants. We should state minimum requirements to join, i will let you guys discuss about that.
Gru: Even tho you were correcting me and replying to my post right now we have to make good quality posts, being soft with the rules would mean failing again to become official, and I know that you want us to get that. For this time I will let you pass this infraction (yh mat I remove your last infraction on gru, not the first and also remember that the infractions last only one week). Why? I will give you another opportunity to help us be active, this time remember to make good quality, long posts.

we should not be racist(with the belt), I've had friends that are high belt rank but they are not active in Forum. We would train this people, then they become more skilled, and I don't know then maybe should go because for a reason but we know they were trained in here.

And about the recruitments:
Applicant must be at least black belt.
His/Her app should include at least 3 replays
showing his/her skills. Also I have better idea
with recruitment team. We shouldn't do things like,
,,I'll give you yes/no''. Let's make for example irc channel
or something and discuss about applicants and just make
one decision without waiting for others. I think this would
make recruiting easier and smoother.
