Ok. so, i think the min requirements should be:

* Black belt (If he/her have good skills, can join with Blue belt)
* Join date: minimum 2 months
* Age: is a very important thing in my opinion... ?
* Aikido & Taekkyon skills
* Reasonable english
* Be polite

I would change 2 things:
Aikido & Taekkyon/ replaymaking/ art making skills
About the polte thing, if any of you have bothered to read the firstpost in the recruitment thread its already said there `We value respect and tolerance above skill´

Some time ago we made the minimum belt black and 25 posts something like that.
Also we should remove the app format, as some of you have said. I believe its time to do that as well.
We are reviving the recruitment team, It used to exist not long ago and they did they job, Voidexx was originally part of them. This time tho I will set the minimun requirements not only for the applicants but for the ones who want to recruit.

the glute dm wasn't interesting at all,i guess wold be better if you have just tried to boom kick.

on topic:
the idea of skill requeriments is good,but remember,as tried before,you all can try to test the guy that have done the app after recruited.but some people don't read rules or stuff.if an art or replay maker,just see if raywill or arakata can aprove him.

I'm to lazy to read all above and earlier, but skimmed fast through about 5 pages, but saw my name about something with ORMO and some replay or whatever.

QI is pointless in judging how good a player, it's easily farmed,bought.
Look at me for example. I'm custom belt. 21k games played. And i suck massivly in MP stuff in any circumstance.

For win ratio aswell it isn't important, i'd just say test them yourself and make a decision, maybie get someone or a few of us in the server at once to judge people to get voting on it there aswell.



For forum activity, well, it's simple, if he/she's Active alot it's a really good +

Well yeah I guess you are right, The only way out is testing them ingame.
Maybe we could add something like: `we will only accept people who have been playing for longer than (3 months, idk we can discuss that later)´
As for the recruitment team (which will be back working soon) we will choose a few members and ask them if they would like to paticipae, their task would be to judge the apps and then test the applicants in game.

We were talking about what would happen f they used stolen replays to apply, I said that since you are in ormo you might be able to recognize the replay if it was taken from there? maybe?
Ray, Aka and I are in Oshi so we should be able to tell if the replay is stolen from there

Anywho, I've seen you playing Skyrim a bunch lately, fun game,
Do you mod it?, i have it modded to utter crap lol. Makes it more fun and a better game in my opinion.

I havent modded it yet, I have the three dlcs tho, I will put a shit ton of mods later, probably when I go to my cousin's or he comes here. He used to play a non steam version and now that we have the steam one he modded it so much that he had to fix it cause it would crash in the start xD

Well I started playing it since my internet started working really bad and I have already finished portal 2 for the 7th time xD
I also finished Half life 2 Episode 1 and I dont want to play the Episode 2 yet.

I got throw Oblivion (the previous one to skyrim) last year and I really liked it and now that I dont have it installed I play skyrim. Also my cousin is a great fan of that game and he game me a few tips (I already finished the main story :P tho I finished faster in Oblivion; In lvl 7 I finished the main story, dont ask how tho; an other funny fact, I had it in Russian xd so I had to get a fix and I finished it with subtitles so I learnt a bit of Russian, I have forgotten most by now tho).

Well I will go study a bit of english now, I am giving the First Certificate oral exam tomorrow at morning and the writen one the saturday, If I find any of you guys on wanna play? I might be back in an hour or less or more (I dont think more tho)

You can modd it to bits with getting more dlc maps and storymodes essentially.
There are a few really good ones that can give you atleast 60 hours+ more gametime with it.

+ any other mod that just makes it more fun,

Why don't we make a Skype Group of the recruiters to talk to echother without the one applying getting to know what wee're discussing. Used to do so in most Clans i've been in.
