A shitpost is used to encompass a lot of things. In smaller, more temporary threads, this could be anything that attempts to derail the conversation or pokes fun at the OP. In the context of a permanent (ish) thread in which the conversation is always changing, this term can be used to encompass a much greater variety of posts. Personally, I'd say this could be used to describe:
1.) Posts which (seemingly) intend to derail the conversation without introducing anything new or useful
2.) Posts which do not have a substantial or clear enough message to contribute anything to the conversation.
3.) Posts written in an argumentative, sarcastic, or hostile way that do not contribute to the conversation or instigate an uhhealthy environment for conversation (see sans recent posts)
Now, go back and look through those quotes... I think you'll find that your posts fall under the umbrella of that loose definition quite snuggly.
