I used gimp and I dont know what to add. This will be somewhat a cartoonish head.

This is dang impressive considering the fact u used gimp gimp is dang hard to use

Being that it's a jester, you could add those little bells on the tips of the three parts of the hat (or hair?) that hang over the jester's face, I'm sure you've seen them before:


If you haven't decided on the colors, yet, mardi gras colors (gold, purple, and green, like in the image above) would look great, and are one of the traditional jester color schemes.

If you're going to use blue as a shading, I suggest use bright blue
