Maybe. If memory serves me correctly. He was reporting that he thought he was hacked by someone. But not sure who it was. This was a while back though.

They were not banned for leaking information, there accounts were compromised.
Hence why you should have been forced/made to change your password recently because your password was X(mine was 280 days) amount of days old and that it was out of date.

Edit:
Also note that items, etc were sent from said compromised accounts to iRookie (hence why he was banned and is currently under investigation).
