well im sorry if i sound a bit harsh but a 180° spin is technically not a cork

the cork is performed with a swing thru or a J-step u can look them up on club540.com

well Poom ur pretty good already but try to not use ur arms that much on the ground and
oce u started a move/motion dont stop it and do something else that will make u more fluid
