I want things here to change, for the better, of course. As you can see we got rejected from official because of general amounts of shitposting, and mostly talked about quality > quantity. I completely agree with this, and I feel like I did not do enough to stop that stuff. SO, with that being said, I will be putting a stop to all this shitposting and encouraging EVERYONE to post content filled posts, rather just posting because you can. Here are new guidlines/rules:

1. Keep posts to 10 words long! yes, this may seem like it's too much, but it's rather easy. Just elaborate on your posts, and explain things.
2. If I see anyone posting shit that doesn't need to be here, I will be reporting the post and notifying the right person. Note; I still want this clan to be all fun and good times, but shit posts that have been recently happening, do not belong. Please don't get on my bad side with this.

We also did get some positives such as, Activity, general orginization, and decent leadership. Great job on that, and keep it up.

That wraps up my post, if you have any other ideas, PLEASE let me know. Thanks guys.

We should probably start with recruiting more members with different interests and opinions, so we can get going actual debates and banter that makes sense. Not just talking about how our day was.

I suggest we make the recruitment a little bit more.. Strickt..
We could try the recruitment process Meta had.
The applicant would apply as normal, then the members of the clan would discuss his/her application in private. If the members agreed to giving the applicant a shot, he/she would be invited to an interview with a clan representative on skype/Irc.
From there the representative would decide to either invite or deny the applicant.
It might be a way of getting some more "mature" people in here.

That sounds like a grand idea. We already have the people in irc. If anyone wants to re-write the recruitment thread, go ahead. Otherwise, I'll just go on ahead and do it in a little bit.

Should i create an entirely new thread, or write the new one in notepad for you to C/P?

Also we should have a Vote on 2-3 Clan representatives for the interviews.
