Checked with the staff and Sparky said it isn't allowed for more than one person to have access to an account even if it's a bank.

So I suggest we proceed like this.

The TC for now I am the only one handling it so no problem there and as Sparky suggested if I wanna share access to the Beginner Giveaway TC I can always use the Shared Bank Feature that the Forums has.

As for Items, Gnick01 you can either split some of the Items with Sc1ence01 OR Sc1ence01 can be the Org guy and you can be the Items guy. Eitherway we need a link to the set containing all the donated items.

As for our new applicant. Idk what he should do here yet. Maybe Items. Maybe he can help me with the TC via a shared bank. Or just other stuff. We'll see I guess.

Oh shared banks are much more advanced than I thought. All we need to do is make a bank account and open a shared bank with it and we will be able to extract TC and Items from it. Awesome! I'll get to it This is the safest way yet lol.
