Not really getting a dragon feel from it, looks more like some kind of goblin or troll as it is now. Idk maybe once you add the other details around the face it will help, but as it is now I just don't see how it could be a dragon. Make the skin look more like scales.

Overall its looking a lot better, but like stated above the mapping might be pretty off. Upload it to your tori and show me a pic of what it looks like in game. The mapping you currently have might stretch the face to be way to wide.
