Aye I understand what you say, my qi stopped growing when i started sparring and doing pk like each time I played. I am not a big fan of competitive mods since most ppl are unfair playerss, including me sometimes when i rage but yeah. My qi is mostly from wars and damn we barely war so yeah my belt hasnt changed in months.

i kinda like to use the same style i play taekkyon,basically i use snap kicks,as well i try to knee attacks,just a better way to have more chances of winning.
but the bushido style of playing is good as well.
