While that trick is pretty well made, I don't feel like it really fits in here realism wise.
You stay too close to the ground, almost doing splits at points.
I'd say no. Try to work on realistic movement.

it's mostly your movement in general. Your setup for the twist made you end up in a split and the little jump was way too exaggerated.
