Pam if that is sarcasm then let me explain to you why no one above brown belt can request. Once a player reaches black belt we feel that they are no longer in need of such donations as they aren't really a "Beginner" anymore and can already get their own stuff. Otherwise I could request 1.5k even though I have a bunch of TC which would hardly be fair since that TC could go to someone who needs it more. We have great donators here but our TC isn't infinite. Also it's actually brown belt or below not below brown belt.

Also I didn't mean that you didn't deserve a clan due to your belt. I just pointed out that if a Yellow Belt is in a popular clan it is very possible that they are an account of one of the Members in said clan that is not a beginner but say a 7th dan.

We always make sure that the beginners get some TC and Items from here to help them out though.
