Two things we should add
Pancake
IRL example:

How it is used in Toribash: When your opponent overextends himself to try and force a move, you can counter it by throwing your hips into him, catching him on his back.

Kosoto Gake:
IRL example:
How it is used in Toribash: When your opponent attempts a backwards suplex, you can counter it by hooking your leg on his outer thigh. This prevents him from lifting you, causing him to fall flat on his back.

Kosoto gake is a footsweep. Its actually the one you submitted for T4 i was mistaken and called it kosoto gari.

And the pancake move you did looks like a snap down; arms contract and pull in the unbalanced direction.

Footsweep is a broad term. I think we could be more specific for tiers above 6.

The pancake is pretty similar to a snapdown. I guess you could call it a variant.

Kosoto Gake application
i like the anti-suplex aplication. if your Kosoto Gake doesn't finish them what are your back up plans? and if it doesn't finish them what problems are you finding the most comon. ever get your pancake suplexed? or is it a don't give them enough time to setup kind of deal.

I don't think he got that far in the development process. An obvious follow up is that if the kosoto doesn't finish ur opponent then u pull half guard or mount. Stay glued to em.

Aquita hit the nail on the head there for the kosoto.

I've been suplexed a couple times trying to hit a pancake, but that only really happens when your cog is higher than theirs. It's like a hip throw combined with a snap down. I will get some more replays of it and post them here.

You should take it through the development cycle thronior.

Actually i think your supposed to keep it bent the whole way through, and throw your opponent over the straight leg.

Here's a tai otoshi i had in my hip throw tutorial. Theres no bended knee but its pretty close.

I dont think tai otoshi is the right move but we need to make a new tutorial for the knowledge base.
