Try to focus on your own replay instead of others, it should help alot with replaymaking in general.

So basically, the back handspring was way too slow for my liking. Real life back handsprings are usually very quick and are used as a way to gain momentum. Yours more or less just seemed like it was filling up frames. The setup for the backfull was very wonky. You need to keep your feet flat on ground to avoid moving your whole body to the side instead of just your upper body. You were also very stiff in mid-air.

I have provided an example of a better setup for a backfull/backfull variation. No focus on anything else on it though.
