Personally I think the situations are dumb, In some cases these cops are bad but in the recent one with the guy in the car i feel the cop is somewhat justified.

Well, Sometimes maybe if they are drawing a weapon, but if they are just trying to cooperate and get shot for doing so I feel it is kindof bullshit.

the guy in the car told the cop he had a conceal to carry permit and that he had a gun on him the cop told him to get his information out and the cop got jumpy and shot . I do agree that people get scared but cops are supposed to be trained to deal with this and if a person was gonna shoot you the last thing he would do is tell you he has a gun on him

If you are going to tell a cop you have a gun and don't even have it in your hands or easy to get without moving, then just get him to step out search him and blagh blagh.

There are always more people who are shit at their job than the opposite. Just because it's just recently being brought to light doesn't mean it hasn't always been true. I reckon the shitstorm really started around when meeting a quota gave you extra pay. That was when the line between protecting the people and being overbearing were crossed.
