It looks like you have tried to get more sincs, at least in the begining, try making shorter vids with more sincs. The effects after 1:30 are kinda annoying, you can't see much because of them. Would suggest you use dupstep other kind of music, easier to sinc like trap or something like that.

i noticed the video on your channel,and its really good.
only thing is the audio...dont render the whole project,just take the rendered file,and put again the audio(but increase it),its too low.

well the problem is that i rendered a version of the vid when i accidentally lowered the whole vid audio instead of the last second only

the camera was quite smooth, there was a thing in the transition to the spar which didn't look that good tho, the rest is pretty much great, I really like those slow parts

2 cool to cnc vic, I don't like that shader, but the rest is pretty much great imo. Something you should try is making that camera effect, like some water or something on the camera, be dynamic instead of static
