If you are referring to how the G.O.C does his random voice changes, That is just something he does during his videos. Just for reference could you explain what you mean by this in detail. Helps us know what we are doing right/wrong in the viewers eyes if you provide some kind of reviews.

1:30-1:40 just sound so unnatural and forced, i feel like this is a turn off for a lot of viewers that wouldn't have any problem watching the video if the voice was normal

A lot of channels just wing it and hope for the best without getting any feedback at all or flat out ignoring it.
