im running out of ideas on what to add now so if you could elaborate or shoot some ideas my way i could def make this head have less empty space

I like the idea of heads being smaller with better res for a 512 texture. It looks stretched out.

it's not stretch at all, i made the smile really big bc i was trying to emphasize the happiness part of your op but i can make it smaller

Id like the eyes to be bigger than the rest

perhaps shrink the rest and make the eyes closer together?
