Around 20k max

you're gonna have to bump the price up more than 20k if you want someone to make you a full set, unless you want really low quality i doubt anyone will even try for 20k
because 20k is usually want someone will get payed for one texture of decent quality, I'd say you'd have to pay a minimum of 50 - 75k for a decent set, unless someone is felling really really really nice to make 20+ textures for 20k
