I know this is unrelated to toribash, but I want to know of there's such a thing called a red room for those of you who don't know what that is it's located in the deep web that show live streams of torture and murder.

My question is does it exsist?

Well my friend went on the deep web and saw one, so they do exist, I have heard stories about people finding them, its pretty fucked up

There isnt much proof for it, all you ever hear is "oh this guy told this story" and "my friend who browses the deep web told me he saw one", so I would rather think its a rumour/myth. Not saying it couldnt happen, some people are fucked up enough to host them, some people are fucked up enough to pay to interact with them.

A guy called peter scully was caught this year or so for running these red rooms.
So that could prove that they might exist.

technically, you will not be able to find any on the deep web because the deep web has a slow internet speed so downloading something that's like 4 megabytes would take so long so imagine trying to stream something and if you were somehow able to, the resolution would be horrible because you would only be able to do 240p or heavily compressed 360p. So yeah, you could but there is a tiny chance of actually finding them.
