One of the articles I read talked about a guy that was able to hack some sort of puzzle thing and once he got through he was directed to some chat room where there was a countdown and once it had counted down he was directed to a room where a dark spot was placed in the corner of the room and some winner got to choose how she was murdered.

I really think they exist but then again I dont because anyone can make up a scary story thats fake.

Even if red rooms did exist, most of the government owns a lot of the deep web. Unless you're a great hacker (which none of us are), you're not likely to make it very far because of that. You think the government would just let illegal activities occur without being involved at all? That's naive. If they're around, they get shut down about as fast as they're set up.
