i'm personally done with the subject. even if we didnt require replays for the applicant and instead only did in game testing we would still need to see replays from that session so guess what we're always gonna need replays one way or the other. i'm moving on...

Especially u should start drilling the turnover in qa. In you skill test noticed you had a hard time countering leg grabs.
On more than one instance you could have un-grabbed and posted your hand on the ground. I always prioritize defense over offense.

It's more activity than this place has had also it's good to get everyone in a discussion. It would be pointless to move the posts as this is chit chat and we were chit chatting/debating.

Replays should always be required, even though they are not necessarily needed. If you don't save replays normally, like dare, and you can't be bothered to get the replays required, are you really serious about joining the org? Without the replays, any random asshole could make an application and never return to this board. I wouldn't want to be the guy trying to find him ingame and test him. Think of the replays as a test of commitment to the org.
