Alpha you've improved a lot, but some of your movements are still really sporadic and forced, just take your time, you'll end up getting more power and cleanliness out of something that you take your time on rather than botched movements that you improvise off the top of your head.

well the only thing i can do when making my moves clean is cork,cork and cork
for now i try to do more stuff instead of cleaning up the same thing.
so yeah,twitchy moves,more tricks and it doesn't take alot of time :P

the opener could've been much better if you didn't lean that much forward
the b-kick thing was rusty af, you had to let your hip extended till the landing
the position you were in after that isn't really good for flash kicks which made your core look pretty awkward and you landed at your hands
the other flash kick was better i guess
cork is fine but try to make it faster
