I support this idea bc it's as far as I know original and it would be a great asset to the game especially for ppl like me who, as far as items are concerned are complete with their inventory. What if this idea could go further and maybe somehow we could have custom win images? Either in addition to or instead of the default text (Ofc there would be a size limit).

Why would it be limited by points? If you win by DQ or points the text stays the same (___ has won!) so I don't think it should be limited to just points.

Did this die? I really want to see "10 bands 50 bands 100 bands" every time I win a match. Considering I rarely win.

Possible addition; like textures costing more with higher detail, this bit of text cost more with more customization.
Normal text, not able to be customized: x amount
Normal text, able to change color: x * 2
Normal text, able to change color and make flash or some spoofy shit: x * 4

An item which unlocks it the same way a kiai or custom belt would also be great. Win Message/Lose Message etc. Like others mentioned obviously blacklisted words would be a must.

Yeah I had an idea for the "spoofy" stuff. Was pretty much the same I guess? Just with less of the many options. I only had color thought of but idk if they'll want types of 1 item just for colored/fancy text.
