The texture looks good but the face looks weird all stretched out
maybe add a bit of color?

It looks like Minako somehow, I really like the shading on the face. The composition of the face is also just perfect, but yeah, it's kind of too plain, the whole color is just like a pale face for now.

But we can't guess what will you add later or sooner to improve the head, can we?
