Alright, time to start has come.

First I'll give mat an other shot here, second I removed most ranks (we will organize them later, but we have to deal with some more important stuff before)

The first matter to discuss, well actually to vote on is whether to kick all the inactive members or to kick most but one or two (who have actual reasons to be inactive).
If you agree to kick them all, just post so, if you disagree say so here as well, we will not discuss this matter, just vote between this two options here.

Ok, then most shall be kicked, but before messing anything up I will write a list of those who I consider inactive (meaning that their activity is not as good/constant as it should be)

Now both the following people and the previously mentionated are in doubt. However, in this list I will put those who might deserve an other chance due to the activity rate they had
