This user is unable to display his own tori customizations. Other users can't see his custom either. Why?

This problem happened with my clanmate and a friend fudgiebalz. He's a pretty good replaymaker and an ORMO member.
For some reason he can't use the in-game torishop. It only shows gladiator, orc and chronos and nothing else for colors.

To get this riddle right you need to first find the Key. The Key is a five digit number that is not very helpful by itself, but you'll need it to find the answer to the riddle.

2. I marked the r's with red just for visibility, in reality those appear bold black.

There's an ancient artifact in toribash that I'm looking for. The artifact itself is not very useful but it holds a secret within it that I am interested about. Not long ago I found out that the artifact has been stolen by two old fools and a ghost. So the riddle goes like this:
A thread that also happens to be the very oldest fool (who also SUCKS) is made by the second fool. You take what's between those two fools and multiply it by two rings made out of fossilized ancients. And that's how you find the ghost. According to my source the ghost hides the artifact somewhere near him. Find it and tell me where you found it and I'll pay you with a Velvet Force and 3 Shiai Tokens.

1. When I said "the very oldest fool" I meant the oldest fool in whole Toribash.
2. When I say that the very oldest fool is also a thread, I don't mean literally, they are more like twins (thread and fool).
