Sorry about pinging during the clan war earlier, internet decided to die, rip
Quk was talking to me about the ranks, and how he wanted to remake the Soldier rank to be for better fighters/warrers in the clan.
What we came up with is that there'd be two types of subordinates: Lower subordinates would be newer members, who would in time become higher subordinates, the "normal" members. Warrers would get their own rank called Executives. This also fits with Aogiri Tree lore in Tokyo Ghoul.
In TG, Executives are the leaders of individual gangs inside the Aogiri, like the White Suits. This lead to me having a sort of interesting idea of having clan members separated into gangs, each led by an executive. We could have frequent small events involving these gangs, which would be super cool. Outside of these clan events, we'd all be together, of course. Thoughts?

Ugh, shouldn't you kinda. You know. Discuss things with me before you make changes to the clan. Not saying it's a bad thing, I would just like a word in if i don't necessarily agree with it.

I have no problem with changes to the clan, I just don't like sudden changes. And being uninformed about it. My clan has many freedoms. And i <3 my members. If they want something done all they need is to ask.
