Welp, Envy proposed that we make war teams. I'm personally against it. Because you can only have one war going on at once. The members of each team would have to be on at the same time. And active non-the-less. I feel like it would just make things complicated. When there's no need to be complex about something simple. He feels like he doesn't get enough playing time. And i'm trying to make everyone happy. But you can't make everyone happy. And I have to find out how the other members feel about it. Because Envy is the only one that's proposed this i believe. Or the only one that's come to me about it. I don't know what to do tbh. It would divide our power. And i just don't like it lol. We're doing good the way we are now. I'm looking at it as we're fight as a team. Normally i get 0 fighting time trying to get everyone in at least once, When we have a lot of members active in game it's like that. And Envy's problem is a personal one.

Welp, Envy brought this to my attention. And explained to me why this is a good idea, And it actually is a good idea!

"it doesn't even have to be a team just some guidelines for wars because we do have a lot of active members and having a 7v2 or 8v3 type of wars is kind of a major disadvantage except when teams are even, so if there's two (TT) members we should only be putting in 2-3 maybe 4 (AOG) in at a time because trying to fit everyone in is only going to handicap us and if there are more like 8 then 4 play one war and 4 get next war so it's not [play 1 match in a war] [wait for 7 players to go] [play 1 match in a different war] it ends up taking to long and more difficult but if it can make full rotation people can get a warmed up and go again. In my opinion it should just be 3v2 4v5 similar numbers with fair choosing of teams, to me it seems more organized but that's just my thoughts on the situation because it's not an isolated event we do have a lot of in game activity and we do end up with a lot of lobbies with 5-7+ members in them."
