all megas got buffed, now they get their speed change the same turn they mega evolve
m banette and m swampert will also get their abilities immediately (prankster and swift swim)
this is also an indirect nerf to sableye bc now he doesn't get to use prankster the same turn he mega evolves

i like these changes, now more megas are going to be viable

in other news, protect doesn't fully prevent getting hit by z moves
aaand mega ray got buffed, he has a z move that gives him a +1 on all his stats

there's not gonna be any new megas tho, this is really disappointing
