I once had a little tear. It just kept healing but never healed all the way. It has always tore a little since I run a lot and can never sit down to let it heal. I was playing my futbol game and it sounded like 100 rubber bands being snapped at the same time. Like I never felt that much pain in my whole life. Also it is the gastrocnemius.

Have you guys ever used 3% hydrogen peroxide to clean your ears out? It feels hella rad and I've almost fallen asleep numerous times to the bubbling sound it makes.
