Hey im selling a 15 dollar itunes card its unopened and still sealed to the original backing from the store

ill accept tc rare/limited edition items

i dont want items i can buy with ST or from the shop

It actually says "Not redeemable for cash, no refunds or exchanges(except as required by law). Card may not be used to purchase any other merchandise, allowances or ITunes gifting."

"no refunds or exchanges(except as required by law)" this seems to be referring to if you are trying to return it to the store and want to get in-store credit. because there isn't a comma after the word "refunds".

so this doesn't necessarily say anything about giving the card information in the expectation to receive a currency that isn't even real.

The definition of merchandise is this "goods to be bought and sold."

merchandise or possessions." It is neither a valid "good" or even a possession because we aren't the true owners of the currency because its not even legal tender.

So with all this being said I would argue that it's fair to have up for a trade for virtual item(s).
