if you get it with shiai, it's not tradeable

iirc none of the newer 3d items have qi restrictions, only ones that do are the green hat and headphones and stuff

But the item can only be get with st or not? Didnt found it in torishop

You can only get it with ST, and you can only trade the items if you get the Shiai ultimate box.
